Career Journey
Baloch started her career as a model in the late 1980s and worked for various TV commercials. She made her acting debut first time in 1993, portraying the role of Laila in the drama serial “Marvi” stirring with Ghazal Siddique, and aired on PTV. The drama is the modern version of a Sindhi folktale, “Umar Marvi”. Mahnoor next appeared in another famous drama “Dusra Aasmaan” where she played the role of the daughter of Abid Ali. Over the years, she has played in the drama series “Chandni Raatain”, and starred with Javed Sheikh and Humayun Saeed. The drama focused on several issues of society such as motherhood, polygamy, and the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. The drama was aired on PTV in 2002. In 2012, she made her acting debut in the PTV drama “Talafi” opposite Humayun Saeed, where she gave an outstanding performance.
She made her directorial debut first time in the 2000 drama series “Lamhay” 2000 and she started to produce her drama. Mahnoor Baloch. Later on, he directed another Pakistani television serial “Patjhar Ki Chaioon”.
